Pastor Emmit Curtis Arrived

Pastor and Mrs. Curtis Photo Courtesy of Village Missions The third Village Missionaries to Clover Valley were Emmit and Fay Curtis. The Curtis's arrived at Clover Valley Community Church in August of 1981. They were the first family to occupy the brand new parsonage. "My Bible School training was at Multnomah School of the Bible and in the many books that I have read and pondered," explains Pastor Emmit. "My main education was and is the school of experiences." The Curtis family served the Lord at Clover Valley until February of 1987. "It was a great church to serve and we have a ton of fond memories of Clover Valley," says Pastor Emmit. Currently (2001) they are serving as Village Missionaries in South Dakota.
